Yes he's an asshole, dumb, stupid, brainless and much more but he's a nice guy at heart who doesn't wish bad for anyone. I agree he is blind and stupid for not pickin up on billi's actions but she is his childhood friend so he trusts her, she knws his weakness n uses them against him...he is a victim, just as much as Zoya.
