When we asked Aditya, this is what he had to say "I am a pure vegetarian, so that in itself is a fitness regime. Vegetarian food is very easy on the digestive system, the only set back is the lack of protein, which is more abundant in non vegetarian food. I work out every day without fail and am very particular not to have street food in the rains.
Saraswatichandra smiles "I am a total fitness lover! I cannot imagine life without exercise. I work very hard to keep my body fit. Push ups, pull ups, lunges you name it, I do it all. There is nothing like a good run on the tread mill with good music in my ears. It rejuvenates the mind and body.
