She may be 39, but former numero uno Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit is still looking beautiful.

And the secret of Madhuri's beauty is Yoga on which she depends for energy, and balances it with a workout at the gym, jogging and a sensible diet.

Madhuri is currently in Mumbai, to start shooting for her comeback movie, produced by Yash Chopra .

"The idea of working out for me is a balanced act. Yoga gives me stamina," Madhuri was quoted as saying in a news report on Tuesday.

"Trust me, it's difficult to look beautiful after delivering two babies," Madhuri added.

Madhuri had stopped acting after marrying a US-based Indian surgeon in 1999. They have two young sons.

Madhuri's last hit movie, released in 2002, was Devdaas in which she played a courtesan in a saga of doomed love.

Bollywood has become competitive, Madhuri added.

"In our time, when we started our careers, we were raw. Nowadays actresses are well-groomed and perfect right at the outset," Madhuri said.

"The industry has become ruthless. Either you are perfect or you are out," the report quoted Madhuri as saying.
