Smiling, she watched him sleep, his dark locks falling haphazardly on his brow and his stubble a shade darker than usual. He looked just like a baby. Was it the same Laad Governor she had met a year ago?

Her eyes fell on their interlocked hands. She tightened her hold on him. It was the same man, yet, he was a different person from the one she had known then. Where was the arrogant Arnav Singh Raizada who had managed to hurt her pride, who had made her hate him till she had unknowingly fallen in love?

Khushi bit her lip to stop her smile from blossoming as the air hostess walked down the aisle. Just then, he squeezed her hand, squirming in the seat. Arnav cracked one eye open to look around him before settling his eyes on her. She giggled at the funny image before and he grinned, knowing how shaggy he could have looked.

"Laughing at me, Mrs Raizada?"

"What do you think, Mr Raizada?" she teased back.

He narrowed his eyes. "I think that you are going to regret this. If we were not on a plane right now, I would have made you regret it right away!" She laughed even more, leaning closer to him to rest her head on his shoulder while she entwined her arms with his. He sighed and rested his cheek against the top of her head. "I wish we would land soon. I have a wife to take advantage of!"

Khushi blushed and smacked his arm. "Besharam!"

"What?" he chuckled.

She pulled away indignantly to glare at him even as a smile played upon her lips. "How can you even...? This is all you can think of!"

"And what's this?" he taunted with a wolfish smirk.

"You know what I mean, Arnavji!" she hissed breathlessly, turning a yet deeper shade of red. "Jiji, Di, Shivanee and La kept annoying me about the fact that this is our second honeymoon in three months!"

He watched her in wonder, trying to control his amusement but he ended up guffawing, leaving his wife flustered. "That's because it is, Khushi. And don't tell me that I'm the only one who likes this."

Her jaw dropped to the ground as she blushed fifty shades of red, causing him to laugh louder, and she started hitting him with her pillow, careless that most of the passengers around them were looking on...
