Another explanation - probably Pia told the truth to JW abt the child being Anupam's but she was facing some problem, hence the need for the drama. 😕 SO hurridely JW wrote the real name of the Father in the Hospital Format. He was otherwise covering up.

Or maybe it goes back to JW actually hiding something-- but with this wedding taking place that wouldnt make sense thathe would want to hurt her, nor would it go along with JW being shattered... anyways.. sorry for the spamming of this post!
