Suman is dancing with everyone when Chaitali is shocked receiving this news. Chaitali comes to her and tells that Prem and Suman says what happened? Chaitali tells that the plane which was Prem was traveling crashed. Suman is shocked hearing this. She moves away from and en she falls giddy. Everybody gets panicked when she falls and a doctor is called. Suman is lying on the bed and is doctor examines her and the doctor come out and tells everyone that she got a stress. That is why she fainted and nothing to worry about. Everybody is happy. Rajiv dad tell that we should have the engagement soon so that they wont be any problems. Suman dad tell that will be fine and everybody smiles hearing this. Rajiv blushes and everybody moves from there and tells that cmon we will do the tyari of the engagement today. Adesh and his sister tell that we will be there next to Suman bhabhi. But Rajiv tells no I will go there. His sister tells that but you don't have the right to be with her. As she isn't engaged to you.
Suman is on her bed and she regains her conscious and sees Chaitali who is already crying and she Suman gets up and tells that everything is over for her and she hugs Chaitali. Chaitali sees her mother. Her mother is shocked to see Suman and Chaitali crying and asks what happened? Chaitali tells her that Prem who was supposed to come and meet her. The plane, which he was coming, crashed. Suman mother is shocked and hugs Suman and Suman starts crying bitterly. In the hall, Rajiv 's dad tells Suman dad we should start the engagement but where is the bride. Suman father tells I have sent my wife to bring her down. I will go and get her and leaves. He comes into room and tells what are you all doing here. Why don't you all come down coz everybody is waiting for us? What happened? Suman mother tells that cant you see our daughter happiness? You know that Prem who was in the plane crashed. Suman father is shocked. At least have some consideration for your daughter and what she is going through? Suman father comes towards Suman and pats her shoulder and Suman is sad. But suddenly Adesh and her sister come inside the room and take Suman who goes with a sad face. Everybody is happy except Suman and family. Rajiv mother takes out a red duppata and puts it on Suman head. Rajiv then puts a diamond ring in Suman hand while Suman hesitantly puts a ring in Rajiv hand and the engagement is completed. Shalakha is wondering the why is Suman sad about the engagement. I need to know. Shalakha comes to meet Suman mother and she tells her that she was wondering why was Suman sad? Is there a reason? Suman mother denies the fact and tells that Suman is like that from beginning. She has never seen such a big family and it will take time for her. Shalakha gives a wicked smile and she leaves.
Suman father tells that now we will meet directly after the wedding and they take the suitcases and they leaves. Rajiv goes towards Suman. Suman is standing with Chaitali, Adesh and his sister. Rajiv gives a signal to Adesh to leave them alone and Adesh, Chaitali and his sister leave both of them alone to talk. Rajiv tells Suman that day I dint get to talk to you. Now I got a chance to talk to you. You were saying something. Suman was about to say something but Chaitali tells Rajiv that why are you troubling poor Suman. Rajiv tells that I am not troubling her and she tells Suman we have to go now and leaves.
Suman is at her place and is sad and thinking of the moments between Prem and herself. As she thinks, her father comes to her and tells that I am sorry if I have said anything bad. You know I didn't mean to say like that about prem. But you know life must go on. And blesses her and goes out. Suman goes and closes the door and starts weeping. She covers her face with her hands and sees the ring. She remembers how Rajiv had put the ring in her hands and she then tries to take out the ring. The ring comes out with force in her hands and she throws the ring on the floor. Again she cries and she comes to the jhula and lays down there as is she has no life in her and tells loudly to herself. Why Prem… why have you left me and go alone? You promised you would be with me. There is no life for me without you and starts crying. Suddenly her mobile rings. She gets up and walk slowly towards the phone. The tune sounds as if it was Prem calling on that line.
Suman reluctantly picks up the phone and says hello. Prem speaks and tells hi Suman it me Prem. Suman is happy and tells Prem I thought you were..Prem tells that I was so much eager to come to you that I missed that plane. I will be there tomorrow. We will get married in a temple. I will take the first plane to Mumbai and as I reach there. We will get married. Suman is so happy and she comes out of the room and dashes Chaitali. Both are very happy that Prem is alive. Suman tells Chaitali that he wants that we get married tomorrow and Chaitali says good and tells her to come and pack her bag. In their room Suman is packing her bag and tells Chaitali. I don't know whether I am doing right or wrong. Chaitali tells her not to worry. Are you going to be happy marrying Rajiv. And Mom is definitely there with you in your happiness and dad will get angry but later he will forgive you. He tells Chaitali that she will go and see what her parents are doing so that she can go out unnoticed. And Chaitali leaves and ends with Suman is standing and looking sad
