I'll confess. I like Drashti as Madubala and I find her acting skills good. I have seen her dance in Madubala and I thought she danced well. But seeing her in JDJ, I realised that she isn't as great as I had assumed her to be nor is she bad.

Yesterday's performance, unlike most in this forum who are making a big hue and cry that it was vulgar, I beg to differ. I didn't think it was vulgar. Rather it was sensuous. I didn't mind her backless dress either. She did look hot in it.

However, I do feel she didn't deserve that 28. Why? I found her clumsy. She doesn't have the poise of a dancer. She's just an ordinary dancer. Not someone whom I can describe as 'Awesome'. (Remember Prabhu deva's dialogue in ABCD?) And she needs to hold her upper body straight and not bent, something which I'm observing in most Indian dancers and that's why they can never match the international dancers.

Salman, I know that you are great in lifts, but I'm tired of them. I want to see more dance, I want to see Drashti move around. Actually, this is the best time to experiment in more forms rather than at later stage.

P.S. STOP STOP STOP! revolving the show around the Judges. 🥱 As if Madhuri was not enough, they started the 'Drashti has crush on Remo' thing all over again.😵 Remo is not the best choreographer in India. There are so many others talented than him. Stop this hero worshipping.

Yeup I do agree with you! I am a HUGE Drashti fan, and probably am watching the show for her. She looked hot and her and Salman were sizzling. Overall it was awesome as a fan to watch it! But when it comes in terms of technicality, she was weak in some spots. She was really loose yesterday and I think her moves need to be a bit more clean. As well, Salman is disappointing me with the choreography. I had expected much more from the last seasons. I am not sure why, but it could be because they have limited time with her shoots. And yes, there have been way too many lifts. I hope things get better, cause I really do want to see her get high scores, but yesterday was not a 28 performance. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth 28. Drashti isn't a bad dancer when it comes to Bollywood dancing , she's actually quite good, but she needs more work on the other forms which we've seen. I hope things get better. Its good to see criticism without being disrespectful on the forum =)

I love your constructive criticism. It is true that the 10's were overrated as it wasn't a perfect performance due to her clumsiness when it came to transitions and lifts. But I was surprised by her extensions there.
Anyway, I think that Salman is doing his best to not put Drashti out there knowing that she isn't so strong as an individual, hence such dance forms that involve him being a support.
