CHAPTER TWO

Quite shy, traditional she is.

Payal was busy with studies most of the time.

Not much talkative.

Khushi muttered in her mind

"tough nut to crack"

1 week has passed.

She had still not gathered all details about Arnav Singh Raizada. Only little information and that about his taste and likes. Though not very beneficial, but all these information provides clues to her key to success.

First of all she had to be somewhat similar like him.

But which one to start with?

He is an odd mixture! Unlike other people. He neither likes women nor alcohol or anything that can be called addiction. But there must be some odd interest of such odd personality.

She started reading again and again.

She flipped the pages again and again.

She took the red pencil from her bedside and underlined it.

A smile appeared at the curve of her lips

And two words escape from her lips

"Interesting point"

But what was the interesting point that she underlined ??

Khushi had been friends with Payal. But Payal has been not of much use to her mission. But she had got her key. It was Payal's bestie Lavanya Kashyap. The social bee of Excel College.

A very talkative person.

A party animal.

And most importantly she is still head over heels in love with Arnav Singh Raizada after being dumped by him.

She will use Lavanya as her bait to reach ASR.

There must be some reason for Arnav Singh Raizada to like neither women nor love.

It was not hard to know. Lavanya had said to Khushi few days back that apart from fashion designing Arnav is related to some work but no one knows. Not even Akash.

Khushi pretended to be stupid and enquired what Lavanya can think on it as she had been his girlfriend.

Lavanya being a straightforward person didn't understand that there was something strange. She didn't give a thought single thought why Khushi was curious on Arnav's secret.

Lavanya simply told her that Arnav has something to do with deals and shares and he does something in his laptop and he never uses his particular laptop at the presence of another person.

Khushi got her answer.

She showed some pity on Lavanya and said she would think of some plan to get her love back.

So Arnav has something to hide.

So, Arnav is manipulating with deals and shares.

Black money??

Some underworld connections??

Or smuggling??

What was he related to??

What was there in the laptop??

She needs to get hold of that laptop.

But how??

To reach Arnav Singh Raizada she needs to meet Akash Singh Raizada.

And she has still not managed good enough with Payal to meet Akash Singh Raizada.

Khushi thought she needs to inform at least this information that she is progressing.

She sent the e-mail

Catalyst not working. Changed. Details needed on batch no. 3531 registration no. 12A22AN2501. chain reaction started.

Her boss received the e-mail.

He smiled seeing the e-mail.

He got the message.

He checked the roll no. 3531 0f Excel College.

Lavanya Kashyap.

He penned down the registration number.

He decoded it.

Khushi Gupta is indeed an asset. She has never disappointed.

He called his senior officer and asked him to send every detail on Lavanya Kashyap.

She had to stay either in Lavanya's or Payal's house for more information.

But she was in dilemma which one to choose.

Payal's house will give her acess to Akash Singh Raizada.

And

Lavanya's house will give her acess about the details of Arnav Singh Raizada.

what cause will she give them??

Khushi was again lost in her thoughts.

But FATE has planned something else for her.

Dusk was setting in and she could feel the drops.

She checked out the hotel out of haste.

It had started raining.

What will she do now??

She was getting wet.

She was not thinking about herself much..but her gadgets!! She had put them in an all-proof (fire-water-bullet-dust) bag. But still she was worried.

A flash of light blinded her eyes.

And a pair of strong arms pulled her.

She opened her eyes.

Again.. ..yes.. ..it was him..

Yes she met him again.

She felt her emotions flowing and making her drown in those deep chocolate brown eyes.

Arnav was holding her in his arms. He felt as if he had embraced a sweet smelling fur and feather pillow.

She tried to keep in mind that she has come here only for a mission and nothing else.

Her heart was pounding against her ribs and she could no way control her feelings.

This girl was making him restless. He had never believed in LOVE or DESTINY..and today these two things are playing with him. He was on a cliffhanger. Either he had to believe in them or discard them.

No, she was not in any better position.

Either, she will have to let go away all her feelings and go for the mission or she will let her emotions bind her and forget all and everything around her.

But both of the thoughts were on extreme ends and there was no middle path.

He loosened his grip. He had to let her go away. Yes, He has to.

She strangled her emotions and let him go off. She broke the embrace.

But why is it making them go like this??

Is that secret Khushi's mission to get hold of??

Or is it Arnav's time to disclose his secret??
