The epic Ram-Ravan battle to air in Zee TV Ramayan

A few months ago there were reports that Zee TV's Ramayan (Sagar Pictures) would go off-air. However, later the artistes of the show went on to rubbish the claim. In fact, they are happily shooting for the project currently.

As seen so far, Hanuman (Malhar Pandya) has managed to trace Sita (Neha Sargam) and is back with the ring that Sita gave him to hand over to Ram (Gagan Malik).

Hence, in the upcoming episodes, the audiences will witness a war between Ram and Ravan (Sachin Tyagi).

When we contacted Gagan, he said, "We are currently shooting the sagar (sea) sequences in which Ram tries to build a bridge that will connect them (his army) to Lanka."

Talking about the news of the show going off-air, he shot back saying, "Like I had mentioned earlier, the story isn't true. The show will go off-air only after we are done with the story."

If sources are to be believed, the show will come to an end by October this year.
