Upload your image in them. And if it is imgur.com, then on the right side of the image a series of links will be given for pasting. Choose the Forum links. then (now see under the reply box), there is a link called Forum Codes. In that the tags for images are there. Use those tags and paste the link in the Pictures Gallery!
