Madhu may have sympathy whether sultan is legal or illegal son. but Madhu can feel the pain and get hurt by RK's pain.Madhu can't see RK in pain.because of hurt if RK turns ruthless then she is going to hate sultan a lot ,dosti khatam.

offcrse rk's pain..& sultan is no more her friend..ddnt u saw that disgst face of madhu for bhai when almost ruined her life !!!
