Hey Nafs, I know u r a neutral fan. So there is no question of fighting. Even though i clearly hate Sultan much more than i like RK.. I would like to give my viewpoint as well

First of all RK and Madhu were not officially married before this marriage now. The marriage in August last year was cut short of the phere (4 phere only) the pundit even said to RK that if the phere's are not completed you and her are not married officially and I cannot say that you have, now for a marriage to be registered you need to have the priest or pundit to confirm a marriage took place, all marriages that take place need to be registered in their case no marriage took place, that's why we even had a pillow wall between them in bed, and when facing the reporters before the mehndi ceremony was due to start RK said to them that officially and properly I'm making her my wife, our relationship is old but with nothing official. So if the priest conducting a marriage service does not complete the rituals he cannot testify a marriage has taken place, that's why when RK ditched Madhu no divorce needed to be done in court, because marriage did not exist.

I agree about the registration stuff, but no registration doesn't make a wedding illegal. Two people have accepted each other man n wife in full public view under whatsoever circumstances constitutes marriage, which later had a contract clause. (This is kinda weird pre-nup else we don't have contract marriages in our law) And I m very sure that despite the mockery of marriage done in the show, the CVs never depicted a live-in relation. As per society, all gave Madhu respect as Mrs Kundra even in the court of law. And, pillow wall was in the BR. In public their behavior always indicated that they were man n wife.

He said tat the relationship is old, and they are just following rituals. There is a slight difference in the 2 statements. What could be more official than Madhu being addressed as mrs Kundra by the court of law.

RK ditched Madhu, unwed her! That was kinda BS. Because it can never happen verbally. this was over dramatization. If it was a end of the relationship, everyone should have questioned them staying together again. But pads, Radha, n other women in society had no issues with Madhu living with RK again from social standards. In the BW party, everybody was gaga about RJ's DIL, Madhu.

Why I've mentioned this is many on the forum say Sultan fell in love with a married woman, Sultan kept himself reserved and non-committal, remember the party he didn't want to go despite Sikky invitation he was not going until Madhu phoned him and told him to go, and after being insulted by RK, Madhu went to apologise to Sultan and explained to him her revenge plan at that point she told him the insult she suffered with a 4 phere marriage from RK that she is just living with him with an incomplete marriage, so living together with no formal commitment in the form of a marriage certificate. So at the Durga that time when he came to the conclusion that he wants her to be with him and came to the chawl to tell her, he was under the interpretation that she is seeking revenge from RK and that she feels nothing for RK other then hate, so to persuade her from a course of her life which revolved around hating someone, he wanted to tell her that she can follow a different course and forget all the hate. So that's something to be appreciated in Sultan.

For a moment, I will forget that I hate Sultan to answer this. He was upset seeing Madhu dancing with RK intimately. He was actually dreaming about her. He saw Madhu n RK on Holi, still he came up with picnic basket. I won't deny and infact appreciate that he did stop Madhu from taking revenge. But he never came to propose to her to dissuade her from revenge. He came for his own selfish motive. No one would think about proposing to a friend who is such an emotional wreck. He could have just supported her, n come as a knight in shining armor when she is done with her revenge. And he is a mature man who is a father of a child. Why would I appreciate him not thinking about the kind of life he will be giving to Madhu.

She clearly told him that what's b/w Rk n her is between a husband n wife, so he shouldn't interfere but he said tat he will and she can't stop him. What was that?

The next thing about RK being promiscuous, I have to appreciate RK here, when he was with Madhu for revenge, he never had sex with her to take her virginity from her, he broke her heart by lying to her that he wanted her as his wife and that he loved her, but never once did he allow things to get out of hand as to have sex because that would have led to complications I feel, she could even sue I think in court then, though it was consensual, she was under the impression that she is his wife and would be with him forever. But RK did allow it to happen. With Dipali they were lovers...after mehndi ceremony of Padmini and Shamsher Malik, Dipali said it's not Biwi it's your ex lover and also when he was carrying her to drop her on her bed and put water on her (during the time he and Madhu were separated) remember she was exercising in his room on the treadmill? That time again she described how they sexual relationship was to RK, so they were lovers without any commitment however, so both as adults consented to sexual relations outside of marriage taking place, But whilst RK has known Madhubala he and Dipali have not done "ahem ahem" but perhaps before Madhu came in the picture they might have done why I'm thinking this is why would she preposition him whilst he is with Madhu when they broke up 5 years prior when she married Sikky, perhaps sexual relations did take place before Madhubala was brought into RK mansion. That the CV's have not been clear about.

Okay! RK not having a relationship with Madhu to avoid legalities wont make sense as the same court of law has previously accepted them as man n wife. And their is no way to prove in the court if two people consummated or not. Such evidences are time-sensitive, if u know what I mean. RK knew that Madhu will not drag him to the court. Else she could have claimed a chunk of his property as alimony. Remember he was surprised when she took Rs 4000 from him only to throw it back on his face.

And now tat the wedding was on, why would he not go ahead with the relationship. What legalities would be stopping him?

And Rk n dips were lovers, they can have a physical relationship before she married Sikki. Its not abnormal. But it was clear that he hated her after she dumped him. And all those passionate times she mentioned were when they were in a relationship. RK infact once mentioned to her that they are BIL/SIL and she should respect her marriage n husband. So, I won't conclude that they were sleeping together before MB came in.

Also, we jump on RK whenever he says something bad, but he told MB clearly on that stupid 4 marriage night tat now his handsome self is only hers. He was taunting her, but we never saw him sleeping around. In fact he went the novel way for his revenge. If he would have started cheating on her openly, that would have also broken Madhu n not destroyed his image in public to that extent. So,

this is my opinion. No intentions to oppose urs. But only wrote all this just because I know u r a neutral person. And I really wrote the 2nd point keeping all my hatred for Sultan aside. 😊

Anyway that's what I think of the subject being discussed here.
