One song for Darling
Even after stepping out of Bhooshan Kumar's Darling, the ever-busy Himesh records a song for the movie

A friend in need is a friend indeed. So, when Himesh Reshammiya wanted to step down as Darling's music director thanks to his busy schedule, producer Bhooshan Kumar immediately obliged. However, Himesh went ahead and did one important track for the film.
Now Pritam has taken over this film which is directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
Bhooshan Kumar informs, "Himesh is extremely busy right now as he is recording songs for his film Aapka Surroor- The Real Love story. He very reluctantly asked me if he could opt out of Darling and I agreed immediately. Himesh is a dear friend and Pritam has stepped in as Darling's music director. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Himesh recorded one song for me and gave it to me. See, he already has his release date fixed for his film and so he has to complete the film's music after which he will shoot for it. Darling has five songs and the rest of the songs will be done by Pritam."
Himesh says, "Anything for Bhooshanji. He is the one who has undoubtedly been instrumental in shaping my career to a great extent. In fact my next album Red is coming up on T Series and then of course my film Aapka Surroor's music is also handled by T Series. I gave him one of my favourite songs 'Tadap' to him which will be the introduction song of Darling. The entire January I will be recording the songs of my film after which I have to leave for Germany to shoot my film since we have already decided to release the film in late July next year. I had no time to complete Darling but I had to give Bhooshan at least one song. I even missed out on working with Ramu and so the song will make up for it since he is directing the film."
