DD's dream for neeta lulla dresses

A wedding day is the only moment in one's life when every girl gets the chance to look her best and dress like any Bollywood star. And getting the bridal wear designed by India's renowned designer is no less than a dream come true.

There are only a few who stand lucky in living this dream and TV's Madhubala ala Drashti Dhami is sure among the fortunate few. Seen in Colors' Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Drashti has got the chance of wearing a bridal wear designed by Neeta Lulla for her grand onscreen wedding with RK aka Vivian Dsena. Known for having designed for the most gorgeous Bollywood women like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sridevi, Neeta has designed a bright red and pink lehenga with intricate zardosi work to bring out the old rustic look with a dash of elegance.

She designed Madhu's lehenga making a note of her beauty and charm along with her roots of being the simple girl despite being superstar RK's would be wife. Neeta explained the design saying, "The outfit is inspired by the age old classic Rajasthani embroidery. The gota work or pattikaam on the lehenga gives it a vintage touch and zardosi embroidery incorporated adds a classic traditional feel. It embodies the richness of the Rajput & Mughal heritage. A blend of colours and styling gives off the mystic of yesteryears yet making it contemporary, perfectly suiting Television's Madhubala."

Drashti, who is simply spellbound over the same, expressed her bliss stating, "Neeta has always been my dream designer. I have seen her style the divas of Bollywood to perfection and have always dreamt of donning one of her creations. This is thus a dream come true for me... The lehenga that I am wearing has intricate zardosi work with rajasthani embroidery giving it a magnificence and grandeur. The lehenga is traditional while being contemporary and brings out the best in me.
