Aalika: Waiting for MKAP family to get back!

Aalika Sheikh who essayed the role of Kesar in Star Plus' Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya is looking forward for the shoot of the sequel to the popular show to start.

Talking about her association with the Pratigya family, Aalika toldTellychakkar.com, "I am excited to be part of the show all over again. We missed the good old days of shoot, but have seen to it that we are in touch. I enjoy being in the company of Pooja Gor, Arhaan Behll, Jaswant Menaria. We are waiting for the moment when we will again be back under one roof. However, we will miss working with Arhaan who is not part of Pratigya 2."

Aalika is excited as today (1 June 2013) happens to be Pooja Gor's birthday. "Pooja is having a party and the Pratigya family has been invited. We will have a good get-together today."

Aalika as reported by Tellychakkar.com is presently shooting for Life OK's Savitri (Flying Turtle Films) wherein she essays the role of Mritikka. Talking about her cameo in the show, the actress stated, "It is a very interesting role. I essay the role of Mrittika who happened to be a rani (princess), but owing to a curse has been reduced to a lifeless statue. The only way for her to get back to life is by devouring 1000 people; when she comes across Savitri (Ridhi Dogra), she has eaten 999 people and Savitri happens to be her last bait. She succeeds in eating Savitri, but Savitri does manage to somehow come out of her trap. Savitri later helps Mrittika in getting back to life, and in turn Savitri is blessed by my character. My track will be on air from the coming week."
