story is same as the movie Ankahee

Guys KAA is a remake of the old movie Ankahee. Amol Palekar produced and starred in the movie. Deepti Naval was the heroine.

Amol Palekar just like Shiv loves his girlfriend (Ipshita in the serial) but his father (Shreeram lagoo)who is a well renowned astrologer tells him that his wife (Gauri in the serial) will die after 7-8 months.
deepti naval is from a middle class family and is shown to be very innocent. Since her father and shreeram lagoo are friends, amol palekar and deepti naval are married. She gets pregnant and he takes great care of his wife.During this period he falls in love with her and does not want to loose her. But fate has other ideas and instead of the wife the girlfriend dies in in a car accident. After their child's birth, they live happily ever after.

I am sure this is how KAA will be shown. Not sure of ekta's twists and turns.

Thanks for thr Info... I hope this happens.. and i have never seen this movie. But I cant accept Shiv is cheating Gauri. Either be loyal to her or send her away.... maybe ekta is planning to copy this movie.

i seem to remember it as the gf committing suicide. It was a wonderful movie wasnt it? of course there r gonna b a mil ekta style twists wid loads of her sp. music 😆

There is a SouthIndian movie like this . In that the Hero and his Girlfriend love each other very much and they want to get married . But the GF's father/uncle comes to know that Hero's wife will be die in a yr she doesnt allow his daughter to get married to her .

The Hero then marries a very poor girl and slowly falls in love with her. Here the daughter and father keep waiting for the wife to die and finally the GF gets mad .

i told t his in another post, not about the film, but the story line... since shive seems to accept ipshita as his life partner and he still involved with her, she came first to gauri in shiv's life... the possibility is that ipshita will die soon after shiv starts a married life originally with gauri... his mother will also compel him along with ipshita to give gauri happiness in her rest of the life... so he will do and then he can never leave her... ipshita will die in between that period ..

but i personally doesn't like despite of the fact that gauri really is mad about shiv... if not for her i would like to pray for an early death for shiv...

but there is another biggest truth... what shiv is going through... it is sometime unimaginable... that love is existing from his time he is born... and gauri seems to be a rainbow in his life... his mental condition is really need our sympathy other than the fact that he could have told it to gauri...
