Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?
Mornings should start with high protein, so cereals, boiled eggs and bacon are all good to begin your mornings with.
One fattening food item that you just can't resist?
Cold coffee and muffins. Though they are really fattening, I can't avoid them.
How do you get back in shape post a heavy indulgence?
If I have had a very heavy lunch, I skip the next meal. Otherwise after an indulgence, I just run a little extra.
A diet plan that according to you always works?
Eating at regular intervals and dividing your meals into four to five smaller ones.
Do you work out at home?
I don't get a chance to work out at home, so I work out on my sets. I do the crossfit training. I don't do weights.
