After a long emotional meeting with her mother - Taani was now busy in doing preparations for the most awaited event of the day. She was supervising everything and Soon it was going to be the time for the guest to start arriving...
Kundra Mansion was all set to amaze its guest with its beauty , beautifully decorated with blue and orange clutches of flowers and flawless long lighted curtains . Blue being Vrushika's favourite and orange - Taani's. Well, poor rahul - no one cared about his favourites. It's always matriarchy in Kundra mansion, you see.
'Side effects of having majority of ladies in house ' thought Rahul while checking out the decorations and last momentary things, all ready for his engagement in lusturous blue - V neck high collar - something a mix of coat and a sherwani specially designed by Manish Malhotra.
Everything has to be grand and the best here , when the Kundras - the biggest industralist after Singhanis's have their son's wedding ceremonies.
'Aapse ek kaam dhang se nhi hota' heard Rahul suddenly someone shouting, probably a women's voice voice and turned his head here and there to catch the source of voice. There stood his lovely sister shouting at a servant for something
'Oh shit ! ' thought Rahul thinking about Taani 's anger and started moving towards them , praying for the poor soul of the servant
'Kya hua bacha ' asked Rahul as soon as he reached them while assuring the servant through eyes that he 'll handle the situation
'Dekhiye na bhai , meine inhe vanilla ice-cream ka order dia tha aur ye strawberry ice- cream le aaye h ' pouted angrily the little lioness to his brother
Rahul controlled himself to burst out laughing after this .
All he could say was ' Bas itni si baat Taani ' trying to hide his smile
'Bhai' exclaimed taani as if rahul murdered someone with her eyes broadened more than necessary
'What do mean by sirf itni si baat, Aapki engagement hai , everything should be perfect '
'Sab perfect kaise hoga choti , jab meri behen hi abhi tak tayaar ni h. En pyjamas mei hi rehegi tu meri engagement mei ? ' said rahul trying to divert the topic , manupulating her little doll
Taani looked at herself once and shouted
'Oh shit, thanku bhai - mei toh bhool hi gayi. I ll just go and get ready ' and with saying that she ran towards her room to get ready forgetting about that servant
'Pagal ! ' exclaimed rahul seeing her retreating back
'Thanku sahib ' said the servant
Rahul nodded at this and continued supervising the whole arrangements again..
Half an hour later..
It was finally the time for the guests to arrive for the big event. Reporters and Journalists of all reputated news channels, newspapers , entertainment magazines were crowding at the gates of Kundra mansion just to get a glimpse of the function only to stopped by the security
Suddenly enters a BMW insides the gates of the mansion.
No one can see who was in the car because of the tinted window shields of the car . But the reporters knew , the first guests has to be the Singhanis's .
And yes, Indeed they were the Singhanis's. Calling them guests will underestimate them, they were family only
As soon as the Singhania's enteted, they got a warm welcome from everyone and soon after that all the other guests also started arriving . Slowly the whole mansion was filled with chirps and chatters all set for the huge party
Shashank and Vikram got engaged in talking about buisness and today's meeting of Singhania industries with Japanese deligates due to which Rey was going to be late for the party . Meanwhile Sharon and Swayam got the news of Taani's arrival which they were unknown to.
'Taaaniii ' shouted sharon while barging inside her room
'Di , oh my god - aap kaise ho 'shouted Taani as loud as sharon getting her in a rib crashing hug
Whereas swayam just looked at the two while standing at the door poking both his fingers inside his ears due to the crazy shouts of these crazy sissy 's
'Oh Taani, i missed u sooo sooo much '
'Di , i missed you tooo - bahut bahut zadaaa wala miss , waise how are you and jij '
'Sab thik hai taani .. '
'and tu toh mujse baat hi mat kar' said sharon suddenly parting from the hug , maybe displeased by something
'Di, achanak se aapko kya hua ? ' taani said confused , not able to understand what just happened
'Achanak taani - sabko pta tha tu aane wali hai, bas muje hi ni bataya kisi ne , tune bhi nahi bataya ' sharon said pouting her lips in displease
'Wo kya hai na di , meine hi sabko mana kia tha , aapko batane ke liye ' taani said while biting her the edge of her tongue
'Taanz tune ? ' sharon asked confused
'Arey di, agar mein ye baat aapse nahi chupati toh aapki ye surprised wali smile kaise dekh pati ? Par agar aapko bura laga toh sorry ' taani said while holding her ears cutely
'Aww taanzi , terese kon naraz reh sakta hai ab ' sharon said smiling - melted by the cute apology from her sister taking her in yet another tight hug
'Acha di, ye batao how am i looking ? ' taani said breaking apart and twirling the the sides of her sparkling orange lengha choli perfectling complementing her skin tone with a little kohl in her eyes
'Gorgeous as usual' said sharon while pulling taani's cheeks cutely
'Ahem ahem ' came a voice from behind
'Agar aap lovely ladies ye bhool gayi hai toh mei aapko yaad dila doon ki i am also here ' said swayam finally walking inaide the room
'Jij aap ' smiled Taani and quickly ran to hug her cutiee jij tightly..
But this cute moment was disturbed by a servant sent by Rima to call them downstairs as the ceremony was about to start and the bride to be had already arrived
On the other hand
In the other end of the city , was a huge magnificant office building in which a co-operate meeeting was being held a few minutes ago
The meeting was successful. Though Rey had to manage the whole presentation single handedly , it was a success. The Japanese deligates were very much impressed and desired to work more with Singhania empire in future
Rey was very happy today , first - it was his best buddy's engagement and then this meeting But he was Late .
Extremely late.
He took a look at his watch and speeded his lamborgini towards his house, changed his clothes and again seated himself in the car again to reach the venue of engagement
Meanwhile in Kundra Mansion
After the spectacular performances by Thai, Brazilian and French dancers , it was the time for a special performance.
Indeed this was a special performance by Taani to her beloved bhaiya and soon-to-be bhabhi.
Lights of the whole mansion were shut off and the spot light was on Taani , her skin glowing under the light making hundreds of men fall for her head over heels..
Her delicate long fingers holding the guitar on her lap while sitting elegantly on a chair in her lengha choli..

Winking and twiching , to which Rahul smiled and mouthed 'pagal'

This time with strongly still melodious

Vrushika kept her head on Rahul's shoulder silently murmuring ' i love u ' while they were sitting together on the royal couch together watching Taani sing

Sharon saw Swayam and found him red handed while openly staring at her in awe . The just kept looking in each other trapped in the love pool of eye locks

Taani rembered something which filled her eyes with tears..No..No saline water but shrugged of the thought quickly and continued singing

Rey still on the road cursing the traffic jam as he was getting late for the engagement ..

Finally, the traffic jam cleared and he ran his car as fast he can as venue was just few minutes away

Taani ended with the final notes , just to recieve a huge huge rounds of applauses and well 'ahem ahem' some dazed couples
'This is the best gift ever ' Rahul came and hugged Taani from sideways kissing her forehead
'Haan haan bhai, wo toh muje dikh raha tha, aap bhabhi ko kaise dekh rahe the ' said Taani smiling evilishly
'Taani , terko toh main.. ' but Taani ran before Rahul could say something and with now Rahul chasing behind her
Here Rey, finally reached the Mansion and started walking towards the main gate
Rahul was far behind Taani but Taani was so engrossed in Running that she didnt see someone in the front and crashed into a strong muscular chest. So, strong that she was about to fall backwards . She shut her eyes hard in order to be ready for the great pain that had to come but before she could touch the floor someone held her by her waist..
