Kahna reaction when he know about Surbhi

Kahna donot know anything about surbhi reality. he love her ??

I think that Kanha was so occupied at being the best grandchild to his Ammo, the best brother to his sister Meethi and the best son to his mother Ichha that he kind of forgot about to actually know Surbhi. Yes Kanha was nice to Subhi, treated her good and gave her everything she needed, but somewhere forgot to notice/ know the person Surbhi. I do believe that Kanha loves Surbhi.

I think he will be heartbroken. Firstly because he will know that the Surbhi he thought to know doesn't exist and secondly I think it's Rasya who are going to tell Kanha about Surbhi. He will get the bitter truth about his better half from a 3rd person.
