I agree with minaxi. Parvati is adishakti but we should understand that she is avtar of adishakti not adishakti. But we can consider her as adishakti as she is fully developed form of adishakti. But she has human qualities as she is born as a human only but godly nature. And now she is powerless due to loss of memory and jalandhar had chosen a time when she didn't posses dash mahavidyas for kidnapping. But if he kidnapped her in her Gouri form at kailash his hand wud be burnt by the Tej of her body and her satitva.
