Yes u are right but in all the case she Will start suspecting tanveer, i am sure she Will not hear what she is about to say , but she Will suspect of her after seing her very normal and speak with doctor , u are right( i hope That really zoya is watching tanveer and the 2scenes are not separatly, it CAN be Like zoya is watching tanveer sleeping or something else , and tanveer talking to doctor is another shoot who know Cvs CAN do anything)
