thats not fair. the prev q shud be answered correctly.
TM specifically says it should be a name like arpita etc. so this name shud start with q.

Quereshi may be popular family name... But I had a classmate named Quereshi Shah... His first name was Quereshi...

Otherwise..There are many girl names etc with Q

Qadira (Khadira is mostly known)
