story- will you marry me?

after gathering much courage, i am posting this...err...os? ss? ff? 😕whatever...story😕...if u find it boring i can understand...i am shocked at myself too🤢

Life is so unpredictable sometime.

Correction, life is always unpredictable…we people are fool to think that it behaves according to our decisions.

Has she thought, she will come to know that maybe her father is still alive? Has she thought she will come to India to find him? Has she planned that she will find a mother and sister here, almost like an extended family in here?

She never thought …and life was now turning unpredictable now….she came to know her father was dead long ago…thus her purpose of staying is gone. but still she is here, why?

Because someone had managed to stop her from leaving. Someone had managed to say many things through his silence. Someone has evoked unknown emotions in her heart.

Yes, she was in love. she was in love with the person who always taunts her for behaving weirdly, who is always rude to her, who don't believe in her. And still, he was the knight in shining armor, always kept her safe from all the pain and dangers, he was the same who lend his shoulder for her to cry when she was heartbroken to hear about her father's death.

She was confused about his feelings, the person say so much through actions and silence when she was in pain or danger, yet went back to shell when confessing his feelings. He is so caring one moment, and rude in another moment.she had a hard time to keep track of his mood swings, but now, everything fell in place.

She is now here, in the very same place where she had wished for the special person unknowingly , maybe in anger, she had wished himself for her life partner. It was the place where she came to see meteor shower, and someone wished for her that she should get a man who will make her behave, who will be exactly different from him.and the irony of life, its happening.

She always dream that her special one will confess his feelings, bending on his knees, just like an hero. And it was happening. She knew it was not dream, but she wished so hard that it would better be a dream.

''Miss Farooqui….. Zoya…'' he started, smiling to himself, looking at her intently, eyes filled with hope for future and love for her.her heart sank with fear and pain…the pain she is going through, the pain she will give to him.

''I am not good with words…and you know it better, '' the smile was gone, and now he was looking at her such a way that made her knees go weak. he hold a ring in between his fingers, and asked her those words.

''will you marry me?''

Her earth was crashing now, and she wanted to scream and cry in immense pain. She composed herself, and answered with great difficulty, ''no.''

His emotion was changed from hope to disbelief. He was staring at her with utter disbelieve as Zoya slowly went backwards, turned, and ran , leaving him here with many questions and rejection.
