@Star: 🤗 I haven't seen you in ages! And I love what you wrote. As long as Aditya keeps his hair tamed he's a handsome hunk...I didn't think he was hot at all with the afro in Guzaarish and AR. He is a fine actor with mostly tamed expressions but expressive eyes. I see a lot of potential in him and he cna be the next big thing if he picks the right roles and projects.
And who doesn't love the romantic hero...I still crush on Raj Malhotra from DDLJ.😆

I'm love with Aditya because of A2. I felt the break heart and the sorrow and the depth of the characters. But it was so depressing and I could hardly breathe at the end...such a beautiful performance by the 2 leads. And they look hot together...I love the scene the end scene where she sees him there...AHHH! such sadness but still it was heart wrenchingly good. and Tum Hi Ho is usually on repeat mode on rainy/cloudy days...it's officially the most played song on my playlisy...790 times!🤣

I haven't watched Aashiqui 2. But I think its the fact that a young, tall, relatively good looking guy portraying the role of a heartbroken aashiq has got all the girls salivating over him. I mean think about it, how long has it been since a Hindi romantic film with young actors came out and did well at the BO? Usually, only those purely romantic films with older actors do well. Girls were dying for romance and they have found it in Aditya. It's the same attraction that drags all the girls to the soap stars that portray macho, brooding lovers on TV.

I first read The God of Small Things in September 2000, as a 15-year-old. Re-reading it at 40 is—inevitably—a wholly different experience. There...
