Snape & Lily

I m telling u guys that i don't y but i feel Lily used to like Snape in the begining.

She always came to rescue him when james & sirius used to bully him. But Snape inspite of being polite alwyas told her Mudblood.

When James came to know that Lily liked Snape, she helped Snape by not letting him go in the passage where Lupin transferred 2 werewolf and Sanpe was in life debt with James. Harry's blue eyes remind Snape of Lily's.

I got this hypothesis when i read the book once again.......

harry has green eyes...

as for the theory... it seems highly impossible but just maybe... like 30%... 😊

I love imaging Snape/Lily pair even through i know its not possible....I even wrote a fanfic on it a year back..One of my best works!!!

Well...there really is no way to know about Lily! We don't have enough canon evidence of how she is...how her personality is.

I don't think that Lily like Snape romantically..but I think they might have enjoyed each other's company...might have been friendly rivals esp. in Slughorn's class as they both are Potions' experts.

As for 'Snape's Worst Memory' chapter from OotP...I got the distinct feeling that the real reason Lily defended Snape was because of James...she wanted to shoot down his egoistic persona. And yet I believe...beneath all that dislike for James (she never hated him as Sirius told Harry) she might have had a crush on him. And I think she was annoyed by her crush coz of his bullying and his behaving like a prat at that time. You know a mix of love/hate.She just couldn't ignore James...even though she def. ignored Sirius in that scene completely. JKR herself hinted at this.

So...then..that quite shoots down Lily/Snape...they might have been liked competing with each other in a friendly way in Slughorn's class but beyond that I don't think so..

Of course anything's possible in fanfic but in canon...no
