A movie is the result of hard work, creative thought and constant effort put in by the actors, director and the crew.
But sometimes, the people involved in the cinematic venture overlook some glaring plot holes. Karan Johar's Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is considered a romantic cult classic but it had its share of goof ups. We list down some obvious oversights of this film:
1. Tina (Rani Mukherji) writes eight letters to her daughter and gives it to her mother in law. One letter is to be given to her daughter on every birthday. How does Tina possibly expect her child to read on her first birthday? Spooky.
2. In the song "Koi Mil Gaya", the audience is seen throwing litter at Kajol and Shah Rukh when they are first lip syncing to a pre recorded song. But, when Rani appeared on the stage, the stage is clean and sparkling. Superhuman housekeeping maybe?
3. During the "Koi Mil Gaya" dance sequence, Ms.Braganza (Archana Puran Singh) tosses her heels into the audience holding area. But in the next frame, she is seen wearing the same heels. We have to admit, she is a rather talented woman! Obviously, a sorceress too!
4. After reading her mother's letter, little Anjali rushes to find her namesake. When little Anjali is seen stepping out from the train, she is wearing the same dress that Kajol wore when she left Shah Rukh Khan. Did her mother write what everyone was wearing in the letter? Also Shah Rukh and his daughter were travelling together, then why was Shah Rukh shocked to see her daughter wearing the same dress? This part was utterly confusing. However, this liberty is often referred to as creative license.
5. At the end of the movie, when Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are getting married, their teacher Ms.Braganza (Archana Puran Singh) decided to make a grand entrance despite being missing for most of the film. Probably the guy who returned her shoes also gave her an invite.
ofcourse no movie is perfect, every movie has some sort of blunder or goof-ups.. even though small..
infact if you consider the movies made today, there will be more blunders than logic.. 😆
can you think of other movie blunders?
