pragati = maithli?

i am still not able to understand that how is pragati of maithlis age when maithli was born 3 yrs after pragati and the worst of all is that pragati being elder is studying maithli being younger than her is working😡

i dunno cuz i just have seen maithlis father and about 18 yrs ago her mom was shown when she came to paro for
her naming ceremony and maithlis name itself was decided by paro 😃
