Ragini and Karan's performance scrapped at last minute

They may have proved their mettle as dancers on dance reality shows, but actors Ragini Khanna and Karan Wahi were in for a rude shock when they were asked to leave without shooting for their performance at a recent telly event. The two actors, along with telly coupleAamir Ali And Sanjeeda Sheikh, were slated to perform after the event, which was to be included in the TV package to be aired later.
However, around 3 am, when Ragini and Karan were all dressed up for the shoot, they were told that their performance had been canned due to time constraint. So, in the end, only Aamir's and Sanjeeda's performance was shot. Says an eye-witness, "It was unprofessional to ask the actors to leave after they had invested their time and effort rehearsing for the performance. They haven't even been paid yet."
Ragini confirms, "Karan and I were to perform to a song fromAashiqui 2. When the organisers informed that our performance has been scrapped, we didn't know how to react. We didn't want to make a noise about it; that would have been immature. I am sure they had their reasons to cancel the performance."
