It must feel so strange at times, like when he sat on the chair, with the innocuous looking invitation discarded almost with deliberate carelessness on the table in front of him.. this compelling 'nothing' that he shares with madhu..and yet it must feel so natural that this 'strangeness' itself starts feeling absurd.
Its these , these seemingly small battles where she is concerned that may confound him every day. and Its Aaryan , who would bring about relief by bringing those questions in the open, those that he lets live free and and unacknowledged so deep within him.
Sultan ,Madhu scenes these days are few and far in between.. and when they meet, both are like pleasant acquaintances, Sultan more so. And this is what builds on the invisible between them.. coils the tension so tight, that when I see him just sitting there thinking about her, the whole scene on my screen veritably strums with its own energy..
Underneath the immense calm, and control , is such restive desire, heavy and the tiniest bit impatient , like the constant , currents under the deep deep ocean..
or it may be just me, .. but today's scene, Sultan.. and Madhu , they seemed to be detached from themselves.. Madhu in a way that makes for writhing anguish, and Sultan , like the recurring sharp twist in one's chest when a long cherished yet fading desire comes to wake now and then admist the rigmaroles of life.
