However, considering their ages, it is likely Dilshaad has already gone through menopause.
If she hasn't, then she must likely be in the beginning stages of it.
Either way, any child at this age for the mother is dangerous - for the mother, as well as for the child (much higher likelihood of Down's Syndrome).
