Huh finally got time to read it... A very beautiful ending and a thoughtful one too...yes there will be a gender difference in this for many more generations to come...or may be for ever and we cannot deny its presence nor its universality. I guess the society thrives on discrimination ...It advances because of it may be...In their attempt of trying to prove I am better, they keep excelling the other in all spheres including hatred towards the other and its expression as well.
Madhu turning into a lobbyist and the president of UNIFEM...well, change comes from within never from without...
I liked the role reversal in the act of proposal too but chivalry at various time is equally appreciated...I guess we women are difficult folks...eat the cake and have it too kind off...😉...but then why not... so far Bittuji facing the charges in the court of law...literally impossible unless he himself surrenders...I loved the sentiments projected by Rishabh...he was happy for her but sad for himself...his not wanting to have a daughter, I can feel that personally...every time I read an atrocious act committed on a girl/ woman, I never fail to send prayer upwards to protect the one I have...It is not only me every mother or father shares these sentiments...Loved the way the entire story flowed. Enjoyed every single character. Keep writing Jasleen for you certainly are blessed. Thanks for inviting me to your blog.

one thing that needs to go out the window is battle of the sexes. so cliched and cringeworthy. yeah petty issue but still

I get that. "Did he not like you enough to ask?" is sadly still considered a valid question.

I really don't see someone being this supportive in real life but if have met that person, hold on tight😆

Thank you very much. This means a lot especially since I am in a block, maybe I will write something tonight.
Thanks for inviting me to your blog.
You are very welcome. I am assuming you received the email? Let me know and thank you for putting with my silly questions.

First thank you so very much for the mail...All your questions are pretty valid questions and had put me in a retrospective frame of mind. Lot of what I do today was never ever planned it just so happened as was destined. I will answer all your question by the end of this week and send it back to you. I am so very glad you started writing your own blog. Are you on face book if yes open a facebook fan page. you have got lots to say and there are even more like you who would want to hear all that you have to say so reach out.

Thank you very much for saying yes. I am on facebook yes but a fanpage eee. I do see where you are coming from though. maybe twitter is a better medium seeing as my current career track is vastly different, I may be stepping into untested waters. therefore the hesitation but I have to suck it up, I realize. going to post an update regarding the interview soon. thanks again for all your help

Loved how Madhu proposed Rishabh. And Rishu's last line touched my heart.
