if the cvs are bringing the old track back then i think the call will be of a lady doctor friend of onir just like how they brought in aashna for manav's rescue when they were struggling...this girl will also come as rescue and will help onir getting financial support by providing him work in her clinic or hospital...she would also be married...and have a son...ovi will come back and have a daughter...

After 18 years again both pari and ovi's daughter wil fall for the lady's son and again the same old track will repeat...pari being purvi's daughter will sacrifice her love...

Just a PoV...i dont want to make any comparisons...sorry if i hurt armaan fans...

Maybe it is from someone who can help him to clear his name. Maybe its a lawyer, who will help him to get his licence back. A better lawyer than ineffectual Sachin.

Arovi and Punir baby will be cousins so they cant show their love story that would be wrong so i think your assumption is right both pari and Arovi baby will fall for this lady's son 😆

Onir license for doctor is cancelled. so he is not allowed to work in any clinic. if he is caught then he will be jailed. I agree your Point about the lady doctor helping Onir. she might be trying to help Onir to find the real culprit in organ stealing case.

Onir mentioned the caller as his second wife. For a dedicated person like him, his work will be his second wife. he might be doing something to prove his innocence in organ stealing case.

as a internationally famous doctor, he should be shown finding the way to get back his license. he should try to trap real culprit in this case.

If Cvs ignores this part then this show is beyond reality. in love track CVs can imagine on their own way. but for social issues like organ stealing and all, they should try to include reality.
