Epi-3- Scene 1
"Hello Shiv! Kahan hai aap?' questioned Anandi with a hint authority in her voice.
"Sorry Anandi, traffic main fas gaya tha. I will be there in few minutes. Abhi highway per turn kernay wala hun' said Shiv
Anandi then put her phone down and tuned into the conversation that came jumping back into her ear.
'I think I have jotted down all the notes. I will give you a final copy later at night'
Saritha and Harsh were discussing the day's proceedings. It had been after all a very tiring day for all of them. They had accomplished a lot. Well technically Anandi had managed to accomplish a lot. Not only did she figure out a way to solve the next day's assignment but also provided a practical solution for it.
'Shiv!' exclaimed Anandi
Harsh and Saritha got up to greet Shiv who had just arrived.
'aap humaray saath aaj ek coffee tho pijiye' said Harsh when he saw Shiv gesturing Anandi to leave.
'Nahi aaj nahi Harsh'
'Ye kya baat hui.. aap humesha mana ker dethay hain' said Saritha
'Are Janay de na Saru.. ho saktha hai kuch aur plans ho?' teased Harsh.
Anandi and Shiv smiled at them and finally took their leave.
The air hit Anandi's face forcefully as she opened the car's window.
'Anandi maine AC chalaya hai aur aap window khol rahi hain?' said Shiv
'Shiv, sorry lekin mujhsey ye hawa bardash nahi hotha. Sar dard kerna shuru ho jatha hai.khuli hawa mujhe zyada acha lagtha hai.' Said Anandi
'Oh, tho aapnay pehlay ye baat kabhi bataya nahi' questioned Shiv.
'Han... lekin us waqt main aapki wife bhi tho nahi thi' smiled Anandi
Shiv felt good that Anandi had finally started to open up. Telling him about her likes and dislikes made him more confident about their relationship.
'Tho batayiye voh police station main koi problem tho nahi hua?' asked Shiv
'Nahi shiv. In fact jaise hi main wahan gayi, unhonay humari complaint bhi suni aur foran action bhi liya' Said Anandi
'Thank you' she said gratefully
Shiv smiled at her.
'I think mujhe aapkay saath kal chalna chahiye. Shayad meray wahan honay sey kuch jaldi faida ho' he suggested
Anandi thought through his words
'Han sahih keh rahe hain aap. Lekin agar Media attention mil jaye tho aur bhi acha hoga. Issey dusray log bhi prerna le sakthay hain' said Anandi
"I think aap sahih keh rahi hain. Main jald hi ek meeting bulatha hun is baray main. waise bhi aapnay news main suna tho hoga us paanch saal ki bachi kay baray main' said Shiv sadly
Anandi's eyes suddenly gleamed with tears
'Aur voh balathkar jo hua tha, voh bhi tho bus main hi hua tha na' said Anandi
'Kabhi kabhi tho mujhe insaan aur jaanwar main farak pata nahi chaltha shiv. Ithni haywaniyat main insaan kaise uthar saktha hai' she added
'aapnay jo shuru kiya hai Anandi, usmain kafi logon ka faida ho saktha hain. Humay na sirf us ilaakay main ye kadam utana chahiye balki this should be done in every bus route' Said shiv seriously
Still in thoughts shiv kept driving. Thirty minutes had passed. Anandi then realized that they were not going home.
'Shiv hum ghar nahi jaa rahe hain kya?'
'aapko ithni jaldi udaipur ka rasthay bhi maloon ho gaye? he asked surprised
'Nahi shiv, maine bus time dekha. Hum kal is waqt sey pehlay ghar pahunch gaye thay' said Anandi smiling.
Shiv smiled at her lovingly. Her presence of mind was the most attractive thing about her. He loved just listening to her, her ideas, her suggestions, her way with words, her amazing smile, her calm nature. She was just perfect for him.
He noticed that Anandi's cheeks had gone slightly pink.
'She must have noticed me staring at her' he thought to himself. He felt satisfied that his glance could cause such an effect on her. That very thought made his heart race faster.
He looked up the sky and noticed it was getting dark.
'abhi thodi dair main' he smiled to himself as he saw Anandi gaze up to the open sky lovingly.
