Wonderful ALL, to compliment the start of this beautiful new bond ! It was one of the good and best (both) scenes of the epi. Some good had to come out of not-so-good, coz both ladies deep down are awesome, decent, good-hearted, good-spirited, not mean/rude/nasty/irritating like you know who!
Some of us predicted many days ago that while Nandini is understandably bitter, hurt, Meera was never mean or unfriendly. She just kept listening to all the bad epithets hurled at her from the day she entered the house, except Nandini /Beeji and 2-3 more. Until of course Meera's truth got disclosed to Nandini and all hell broke loose. But sooner or later misunderstandings, hurts, slurs, had to end as they did.
Meera put her foot down, put an end to her silent sufferings, made up her mind, became shakti ki moorti and put Nandini and rest of entire female gang to a standstill, letting her index finger do the job at everyone, firmly established her truth. Needless to say, Beeji's experienced eyes saw Meera and the truth oozing out of her determined persona and conviction.
Things started to change for the better when Nandini found out that Meera had left the house at midnight, all alone, carrying the baby in her womb. The sympathetic and concerned look on her face was perhaps the beginning of a beautiful relationship to take place between the two ladies.
And then two days ago, the way Nandini was hell bent on asking pallu and other girls to fix Meera's saree at papa's big party and how embarrassing it would be not just among the guests but the big society coz of papa's reputation. Followed later by Meera complimenting Nandini looking all colorful and preppy at the party, and reminding her that no one can take her status away from her as Ani's widow. And Nandini then realized even more where this girl called Meera is coming from!
And since girls in general are relationship-oriented, and I mean in real life also, it wont be long before we see this bond blossoming btw N&M and hope they join hands in crushing balraj's all out dictatorship, coz Meera is still unaware of balraj's true colors, like Nandini does .. case in point, precap come Monday!
