I T A Sends Notices To Balaji’s Actors

ITA has slapped legal notices on Balaji Telefilm and six of their actors-Ram Kapoor, Sanjit Bedi, Vikas Sethi, Roshni Chopra, Prachi Desai and Jennifer Winget for not complying with their contractual obligations and withdrawing their consent two days before the event thereby causing stress. According to Anu Ranjan, ITA president, 'I told Ektaa that if I knew of the actor's prior commitments, I would not have taken them in the first place. Ektaa said that she was not aware as her mother said they have deadlines to meet and can't make it.' However, sources reveal that Ektaa Kapoor had demanded the list of names of the winners in advance and not given she prevented her actors from performing at the ITA show.

According to lawyer Vibav Krishna, 'it was unprofessional on the part of actors as they were contractually bound to us to perform on November 25 and had been attending rehearsals till November 23.' However, perhaps due to pressure from Zee Ram Kapoor and Prachi Desai attended the show to collect their awards.
