The way Manav changed ChhanChhan's phone number's name to Himanshu, shows he anticipated his mother or someone else might check his phone. He maybe "ladla" of his mom, but he knows how to wrap her round his finger and out smart her.
Also, when he knows his mother is wrong, he does not hesitate to help his friend, knowing fully well his mom will be upset. He loves his mother, but not blind to her faults, he is just not confrontational and finds other ways to resolve things.
I like that Manav is no "mama's boy" , but has a mind of his own, and makes decisions for himself. He decided to help Purvi's ex fiance, nobody asked him to.
All traits needed to support ChhanChhan and his marriage with her. Good dynamics to look forward to in future, hope execution will be good too.

Nice post again !

I was not happy with Manav's character portrayal in the initial episodes...he came across as immature and insensitive especially with his reaction to the breaking of the marriage. The contrast with Chhanchhan's character was too much and it looked far-fetched that someone like her would fall for him.

But they have rectified it now. Hope they change his look as well and his acting improves a few notches.

you right Manav knows how to out smart his mother I guess that's why his her "ladla" cause he seems to be the only one that is able to do what he wants without hurting his mothers feelings or getting caught like the others.
