The recent controversy surrounding Shweta and her husband Manav Gohil - they were accused of buying SIM cards for relatives and friends to up the SMS votes they got on Nach Baliye II - has left Shweta Kwatra unnerved. But the spunky girl is determined to bounce back. "Everyone wants to win, and we did what others have done before."
Though not pretty in the traditional sort of way, she has a real hot body. "I was a complete tomboy. I am much more comfortable in shorts and a tee than in a dress."
An established model in Delhi, where she walked the ramp for big designers like Rohit Bal and JJ Valaya, Shweta moved to Mumbai five years ago "so that I could live on my own". She made it big with Star TV's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, in which she played the quintessential vamp.
Presently seen on Sony TV's CID and Sony Max's Current Bollywood, this Delhi girl says when not working, she loves being at home, catching up on sleep and chatting with friends.
