If they do want to bring in a medical condition, I hope CVs do a good research on the subject and then start weaving the story. It was a disaster in Punar Vivah to such an extent that I quit watching the show. I know they have to be creative but the wrong information about medicine might affect people who are suffering from that same disease giving false hope. I would never want that to happen here. They better know what they want it to turn out to be based on the symptoms they have shown.

i will tell you something about what i've noticed about these writers, they put in things to their whims and fanices and they want everyone to buy into some of there non-sensical storylines and they actually have people brainwashed into having the story accepted their way. what a pity!
