CHAPTER 2
'BIWI kahan kho gai tum? Samne itna handsome pati betha hai aur tum ho ki kisi aur ke hi khayalon mei doobi padi ho. Itna mat doob jao biwi ki mei tumne bacha bhi na paun. Mujhe swimming bhi nahi ati.' RK said breaking her thoughts. " tum kisi aur ko chahane lagi ho kya?" he looked at her with a keen gaze , waiting for her to reply.
" why would i think about anybody else, when i have my dear husband to occupy my thoughts all the time.' Madhu smiled and then continued. ' and RK whats with this BIWI thing u've started? You never used to call me this earlier."
Why would you, when you never considered me one.
'Bas ek choti si smile ati nahi hai ki tum phir apne khayalin mei ghum ho jati ho. Meri mental state se zayada mujhe tumhari mental state mei problem lagti hai." RK smiled and then pushed himself back, more towards the pillow for better comfort and held madhu's hands bwt his. ' What i did earlier is not something i remember.' pain crossed his face. ' nor would i like to remember any of it. I want to start a new life with you madhu. Love you in a way no one ever loved you, care for u in my best way possible and spend my entire life with u Biwi."
Madhu stared at him.
"You are very special to me madhu. I want to love you in a way no body loved you, care for you in my best way possible. I want to spend my entire life with you."
" i want to start fresh woth you madhu. Forgetting the past we had, i want to begin a new present with you. I want to fall in love with you again n again n again and the start to this new beginning is by calling u Biwi." he brought her hands to his chest, over his heart. ' this organ made up of cardiac muscles was, is and will always beat for madhu."
" what if i tell you that ur heart did never beat for me" madhu asked, interrupting RK. It was becoming difficult for her to carry on this drama. Though she loved him, but RK did not. Was it right to keep him in dark?
" i know my heart very well madhu, and i also knw that its only madhu residing in it instead of blood. " they looked into eachothers eyes lost into the dept of emmotions.
" mrs. Madhubala, dr. Sehna is calling u to his chamber." the nurse spoke, pulling out RK and Madhu from the trance.

" chief why don't u take rest for some more days?"
" nahi bittuji. Give them the dates from day after tomorrow to complete the last part of the film. I want the film to complete asap so that i can spend tym with Biwi and start our story."
" i really can't see the old RK anymore chief. Aap to balad gaye hain" both RK qnd bittu ji laughed.

" come ms. Madhubala have a seat." dr. Sehna pointed towards an empty chair next to that in which Radhaji was sitting.
" so how did it all go? Was RK stressed?"
" no doctor. He looked...happy. He laughed a lot and seemed very approving abt the marriage part. Instead of shock, he had a smile on his face, when i told him that I'm Madhubala Tishab Kundra." Madhu looked at Radha, and assured her that all would be fine soon.
" of course he would be. He was madly waiting for you madhu. The day he gained conscious, he was so restless and kept on demanding for you. I'm sure his mind would be at peace now, after meeting you." dr. Sehna then turned towards radhaji. " i must tell u auntyji u have a real stubborn son." the room was filled with laughter at this fact.
" ok, i get that my presence is soothing his mind, but i don't understand the need of me to potrey his wife. I cld have met him saying that I'm his friend." this was something that was bothering madhu from the tym radhaji had requested her involvement. Why did the doctor ask her to introduce herself as his wife when he never consider her as one?
" madhu ji, who's the doctor? ...I"
dr.sehna pointed Towards himself. "and I think reminding RK abt this most dreadful phase abt his past one year, wld help him significantly. And also by this relation u can stay close to RK. His mind would always be at rest and it will help him recover fast." saying so he got up from his seat. " i'll have to excuse myself. I have to take a round. Will see you two later." he went out of the chamber leaving radhaji and madhu inside.
Radhaji turned her chair towards madhu and held her hands." i know madhu it must be difficult for you. I'm sorry beta. Sorry to put u under so much of stress and sorry for not being present that day when RK misbehaved with you. I'M as much ur culprit as RK is." she pushed herself towards madhu and kissed her forehead. ' i can't thank u enough madhu for all that you are doing."
" nahi ma please. Why are you asking for forgiveness." she help radhaji's hand reassuringly. " and i don't have a problem in doing anything fr RK. No matter how he feels for me, i never stopped loving him. The tym that i'd spent with him, has been the best tym of my life. I got to know Rishab Kundra, the boy who lived his mother a lot. The boy who had cried on his father's death, instead of hating him. Whatever that took place bwt RK and i was a game that destiny played. ...I'm more worried abt the consequences which wld take place when RK regains his memory. He would loath me more for playing all this drama.' a tear drop fell from her eye. She knew RK wld never approve her helping him in any matter. He would be hurt.
" you are a strong woman madhu and I'm proud to have you as a daughter. You have a very big heart filled only with love beta." she continued patting madhu's shoulder. " AUR AGAR RK ITNA AANDHA HOGA APNE GHAMAND MEI KI VO TUMHARE PYAR KO, IS SAB KE BAD BHI NAHI MEHSOOS KAR SAKE, TO US SE BADA BADNASEEB IS DUNIA MEI KOI NAHI HOGA.
