Part 22- OMG.. I can't believe they kissed.. Yayyy! At first when u told there's gonna be a kiss bt b/w whom? I was like furious at the thot of Adi kissing her..! And yeah as i guessed earlier.. She belongs to RK and nw m quite sure she might had an accident.. Phewww..!

Chapter Twenty-Four – The Accident

He put his phone back to his ear while he kept his eyes on me.

"I'll call you back."

He put his phone in his pocket and then began walking towards me.

"You heard?"

"Everything."

"Did you hear what you asked me?"

He came to a stop in front of me.

"Who am I and wh…"

"Who are you?"

He let out an evil chuckle and stared at me as though I were crazy.

"Listen to yourself. You're asking ME who YOU are?!"

"I heard you on the phone RK. You're hiding something. Either you're hiding something or you have the wrong girl."

"Nah, I know I have the right girl."

He seemed so certain that it frightened me. I couldn't remember anything, I couldn't remember having ever seen RK, and I couldn't remember ever having a father. I tried to stay composed as I spoke.

"Then…you're hiding something…"

"And?"

"What are you hiding?"

"If you heard everything, then you should've understood that I have no intention of telling you anything."

"I have the right to know."

"No. You don't. You're kidnapped. Now before I treat you as a normal kidnapper would treat someone, shut up and forget this ever happened."

I noticed his eyes flicker towards my lips and then back towards my eyes, so I wondered what he meant.

"Do you mean…forget the kiss?"

"What kiss?"

He smirked as I felt a blow to my heart. I knew I was on the verge of tears when I tried to speak but nothing came out. I didn't want to show him how he had made me feel, so I turned around and began walking out of his room.

"Tell Neha to bring me chai will ya?"

I ignored him and then quickly ran out of his room. As soon as I was out of his sight, I let the tears roll down. I was angry with myself for being upset that he wanted to forget the kiss. I raised my hands and ran them through my hair as I screamed internally. Why was I so bothered? WHY!? I instantly ran down the stairs and out of the mansion doors. I couldn't face him anymore, not after I had made a fool out of myself. Not after I'd kissed him. Not after I realized I was falling for him…I was falling for my kidnapper. It surprised me that I was falling for RK before Adi, considering the fact that Adi was a sweetheart. I remembered back to the night five men had surrounded me. I shuddered but figured I'd rather risk that again than have to face RK again. I ran towards the gates at which the guards stood. There were two guards; one tall and muscular while the other was shorter and a bit chubbier. Since I knew I looked like a mess and was already in tears, I decided to take advantage of it.

"There's an emergency inside! HELP!"

Their eyes widened and before I knew it, they were halfway to the Kundra mansion doors. I knew it wouldn't be long before RK would realize I had run, so I quickly darted through the gates. I ran and ran until I saw a street, a main street. I sighed in relief as I unknowingly walked into the middle of it. As I took a moment to catch my breath, I heard a horn. My nerves shot up as I instantly thought of RK. I turned around and was blinded by bright lights. Then suddenly my body made contact with something and I was no longer on the ground. It all happened so fast that I didn't even find the chance to scream. I felt my body fall to the ground. My head made contact first and I noticed my vision blurring. There was a moment of serenity and then a burning sensation took over my body. Pain began to kill me from the inside out. I screamed internally as I couldn't find the voice to scream out loud. As I tried to keep my eyes open, I noticed blurry figures coming to gather around me and I heard faded voices. Then finally my body gave up, I closed my eyes and let the darkness take over my body.
