ARJUN SURYAKANT RAUTE: 26 years old, successful business man. at work he is all work and no play, he never accepts excuses and is always busy. His family wants him to settle in life and have a companion who would take care of him, he is smart and a complete gentleman, which makes him popular with the ladies, and even though he has had relationships nothing has ever been serious.
RIYA MUKHERJEE: 24 years old, RIYA is a lively and confident girl, she worked in mumbai, where she was born and bought up, She now resides in delhi as she was promoted as the head archeitect . She is hard working and devoted to her job, she works at sisodia &dastur constructions . she is a career oriented girl but she also wants her Mr. right, she though acts as a cynic but is a hard core romantic! her best friend is Ayesha Kapoor.
AYESHA KAPOOR: 24 years old, she and Riya have been friends since childhood, and have been through thick and thin. she moved to delhi when she was 15 as her parents passed away in a car accident so she had to shift to delhi and stay with her mama and mami, but Riya and she maintaned their friendship. She and Riya are more like sisters, and love each other immensely. She has start DATING sameer rathod and they both are madly in love with one another. She is a interior designer.
SAMEER RATHOD: 26 years old, successful business man, and Arjun's close childhood friend. He and Arjun have been friends since they were 7 years old. Arjun and he are now business partners as well. he is sweet and is madly in love with his new girlfriend, Ayesha kapoor. He is also immensely fond of Riya who is like a sister to him.
Suryakant raute :he is an understanding father and a hero figure for both his sons.he loves his family very much.friend of alok mukherjee.
shobhna raute: a house wife who loves her family.she is always worried about arjun as he refuses every proposal that comes for him.
Abhay raute: arjun's elder brother ,sweet and naughty engaged to piya dobrial.
piya dobrial : a sweet and very stylish girl.engaged to abhay raute
alok mukherjee: father of riya mukherjee , loves his daughter very much and is very proud of her.remarried to sandhya shikhavat after his first wife's demise.
sandhya shikhavat mukherjee :riya's step mother but loves her to the core. she is very humble and a very good human being.
ritvik mukherjee :riya's younger brother ,still in college ,loves his sister.
avantika mukherjee: riya's late mother.
i have changed the characterization a bit and i hope that this is different enough so that people dont tell me that i have copied someone else's work.
