I think Aarti will give more time to Ayua than yash and other kids which could create difference between Our Aarya this is because of witch ishita this trouble will show how strong love and understanding Aarya shear with each other .This storyline is more logical than kidnaped baby and put in mential asylum if Ayua away of Aarti this will make yash more worried about Aarti and they become more closer to each other which never let ishita have advantage of this issue to came closer to yash but if Aarti be busy with Ayau this will give space to Ishita to play her dirty game
