It looks likely that she has suffered some sort of childhood abuse from someone of Nanaji's age. It also looks more likely that Nanji did not understood & remained as a spectator, instead of doing something about it.

A tough question as nothing has revealed about Kaira yet.

I think it's related to a decision taken by her parents where Nanaji also took side with them, without knowing it hurt Kaira.😕

it wont be that she hurt nani and accidently caused her death cuz everytime she sees nanaji she walks away and is as though nanaji had done someting!!!

I agree with the abuse factor but don't think it happened during her childhood as its after returning from college that she is running away, so could be something that happened at college. |Maybe an older man or someone else. The problem with nanaji could be related with this or something else that she is worried about.
