It is said that when you are angry, frightened etc. you speak in a language which comes most naturally to you. I think BB didn't warn her because it is pretty heartless and useless to warn someone in that kind of a situation.

Carol was warned because she always spoke in English. there's a difference.

Lolz...im just watching it rite now, cuz I didn't get a chance to watch it yesterday....and well, she did talk in Hindi for a little while, but most of her fight was in english lolz.
