Arjun opens his eyes to find Adi curled up in the bed. He smiles at his sleeping boy and curls himself up to him. Adi didn't even know his Dad was close to him. He was sleeping peacefully.

"just like his Mumma…" thought Arjun. Roshni used to sleep in the same way too. Arjun kisses his hair and scratches Adi's face with his stubble.

"hm… Dad…sone do na..please…"

Arj: wake up sleepy head. It's already morning.

Adi: Dad, 5 minutes more please…

He rolls and climbs on Arjun and sleeps completely above Arjun. He wraps his son tightly and feels him well. I'ts had been a time since Adi haven't crawled on Arjun. God… he had missed it a lot.

Arj: Adi…. Mere saath jogging pe aana chahoge? Ek surprise hai…

Surprise… the magic word woke him up. Adi got up and sat on Arjun's belly rubbing his eyes with the little fingers. "Surprise?? Kya??"

Arj: well surprise hai… dekhna chahoge tho aao mere saath.

Adi (excited) ok….abhi aya… brush kartha hu ok??

Arj: ok…

They get up and go to brush and fresh up. Adi had a room for himself. After getting in the track pants and T-shirt, Arjun goes to Adi's room. "need help Adi?"

Adi was half way dressing up. "no Dad… aap andar kyu aya? Close your eyes. Mujhe dress karna hai"

Arj: acha, but why should I close my eyes? Dad hu apke. Mujhse kya chupana?

Adi hides behind the bed. "no Dad, please…"

Arj: acha?? Ab tho mien nahi jane wale… bahar aa…

He walks towards him but Adi runs behind the bed again. The father son duo has a masti time and soon Arjun catches his son. "pakadliya… Adi… ab kya karoge??"

Adi have a pink blush on his cheeks and hides his face on his Dad's shoulder. They change and go to the SUV. "dad hum jogging karne gadi me jayege??"

Arj: hum park thak gadi mien jayege. Fir waha pe jog karege.

Adi: aur mere surprise?

Arj: pehle park tho pohonchne do…

They reach the park with lots of masti in air. And once they reached the park, Arjun showed the surpise. A brand new cycle. "wow Dad thank you…" Adi jumps on to Arjun and gives him a bear hug and kiss.

Adi have a great time cycling while Arjun follows him in the park. Jogging was out of the mind. It was only spending time with his son in head.

After a while. "Adi, time hogaya beta. Chale? Mujhe kaam pe bhi jaana hai!"

Adi gets ready to go back after getting the promise to come again tomorrow.

They reach home and gets fresh up. Arjun prepares the breakfast for both of them and milk for Adi. Adi comes in all fresh up.

"dad… aaj mujhe kaunsi aunty ke paas chodne wale ho?"

Arjun turns to his son who was having a mischievous smile. "what do you mean Adi?"

Adi: I know Dad apko kaam pe jaana hai. Tho aap mujhe kissi aunty ke paas chodne hi wale ho. Right?

Arjun comes and brushes Adi's hair. "nahi, aaj aap hamare saath arahe hai. Office me. Lekin agar aap aunty ke paas jana chathe ho tho…"

Adi: no… mein aaj office hi aunga. I promise mein koi badmashi nahi karunga.

Arj: ok good. Ab chalo breakfast karthe hai.

They have their breakfast and then leave for the office.

ETF:

Aisha, Liza and Chotu were walking to Sree's work area, where he was behind 2 big screens.

Liza: good morning Specky…

He just glares at her and then wishes others. Aisha looks around. "are wah aaj hamare do-do boss late hai. Kya hua?? Asman se thare gire hai kya??"

Ch: Rathod sir tho comm. Office gaye hai. Abhi pohonchthe hi hoge. Arjun sir ke bare me nahi patha. Kal bhi chutti pe the.

The team dosen't knows why he took the leave though Rathod knew about it. Rathod comes in and all walk in to the room for briefing. Then while speaking Liza turns to the door and leaves a gasp. All look at her and the figure coming behind the glass door through the corridor. Many in the office were looking awestruck too.

Arjun clad in a blue shirt and jeans was walking hand in hand with a little boy, who was in a white T-shirt and shorts. Both were having a smile on their lips owing to some unknown secret. All looked at them with shock except Sam, Sree and Chotu. They were smiling.

Adi was looking around the huge office. He looked really impressed. "Dad ye apke pehla wale office se bohot bade hai."

Arj: you liked it?

Adi: ha bohot… but sab mujhe aise kyu dekh rahe hai?

Arj: aap yaha pehle bar aye hai na.. isliye…

Adi looks at a few who passed him a smile and he smiles back slowly.

They open the conference rom. Adi was glad to see Sam. "hey Champ!!!"

Adi leaves Arjun's hands and runs to Sam, who pulls him up in the lap and hugs him tight. Adi hugs him back too and then breaks it with a smile. Arjun occupy his seat smiling. Liza and Aisha were still in shock.

Adi: apke muche bade hogaye hai…

Sam: aur pake abhi bhi dikha nahi raha!! Kaha gaye??

Adi: patha nahi.. athe hi nahi. Shayad mein Dad jaise hu…

Liza: DAD???

Adi turns to her surprised and then back at Arjun. He winks at him.Adi now looks at Sree who was smilling. "hai Sree bahiya!!"

Sr: hello champ… so enjoying holidays?

Adi: ha..

Ch: aur sab mujhe bhool gaye right?

Adi comes down from Sam and goes to Chotu. "Are nahi Chotu bahiya.. apko kaise bhoolenge? Wo didi aya wapas??"

They knew whom he was referring to. Arjun, Sam, Sree and Chotu's face fell a bit. Arjun saw difficulty in their face and he took control.

Arj: Adi…

He walked to Arjun. "nahi bate, wo wapas nahi aye. Shayad wapas nahi ayega…"

Adi looked at his Dad. He could understand what he meant. He leans on to his Dad.

Sam took this time to cheer up a bit. "par Adi yaha do aur didi aye hai. Miloge nahi?"

Adi nods yes.

Arjun points at Aisha. "that's Aisha…aur wo Liza. Now say hi"

Adi gives a cute smile at them. "hi…"

The ladies are lost in the little boy's smile.

Aisha: sir, aapne tho inhe introduce nahi kiya…

Arj: Sorry… yeah hai... Adi… Aditya Arjun Rawte… my son.

Though they had gathered that much form the interaction, but they couldn't believe it.

Li: sir, you had a son? We never knew it..

Arj: He stays in boarding and he came last before you both joined.

Aisha calls Adi by her side. He looks for Arjun's permission and after that he goes to her. "apke liye…" he hands over a chocolate from her bag. "thank you…" he says back with a smile.

Arj: ok everyone let's get back to work. Rathod, any new case?

Sam: not yet. So finish over the paper works.

Arjun signals Adi to come with him and they go to his cabin. Sam also goes with them.

Li: yaar I never knew he had a son. Dil tod diya unhone…haye..

Sr: zara dheere bolo. Warna wo firse sach much thod denge…

Ais: but, Adi ke mom??

Sr: Roshni… she is no more…

Ais: oh, poor Adi. Lekin aaj Arjun sir ke ek naye chahra dekha. No wonder he is good with kids. After all he is a Dad.

Ch: ha… wo tho hai. Lekin athe hi tumne maska bhi lagaya uss becchare Adi ko. Wo chocolate kaha se aya?

Asi: tumhe nahi bathaungi. Warna kuch bhi nahi bachega.

Ch: so rude…

Sr: now get back to work.

In Cabin:

Adi: ye apke room hai?

Arj: ha…kaise hai?

Arj: bohot bada…

Sam also comes in. "Champ… holidays ka kya plan hai?"

Adi: kuch bhi tho nahi. Aaj yaha hu. Kalse koi aunty ke paas hoga… haina Dad??

Arjun looks at him helpless.

Sam: why don't you….

Arj: later…

Sam knew Arjun didn't want to give hopes for Adi.

Sam: DGP sir ke office me meeting hai. Chaloge?

Arj: ha… Adi... kya jab thak me aau aap yaha rukoge?

Adi: ha. Sure.

Arj: zyada masti nahi ok. Sree, Chotu ko zyada thang math karna.

Adi: ok promise.

They go to the meeting leaving Adi with Sree. "bhaiya koi naye game hai?"

Sr: ha haina!!!

He hands over some game to Adi in his ipad.

Liza and others were walking in.

Li: lo ek aur Specky in the making. Yaar isse abhi hi games aur gadgets me math daal. Bechara bigad jayega.

Sree glares at her. Aisha had found an instant liking on Adi from the first time itself.

Ais: tho bolo Adi, school me sab kaise hai?

Adi: achi hu. Mein class me first ayah u.

Ais: that's great. Akhir apke Dad ke beta jo hai…

He smiles at her.

Li: tho bolo Adi, koi friend hai apke? Koi girl friend??

All glares at her.

Sr: Li… kya bol rahi ho tum? Bacha hai..

Adi: nahi koi GF nahi. Girls achi anhi hai. Bohot tang karthi hai.

Sr: sahi kaha beta…

Adi: ye apke GF hai??

Specky looks at Liza and Adi…all were suppressing their laugh. Chotu was in vibration mode.

Sr: na re bate... aisa kuch nahi. Ab wo sab chodo. Sab kaam pe dhyan do… I have some work. Adi aap bait ke khelo ok… jao sab…

Ais: yes boss…

They leaving him…

Liza: (humming) bache man ke sache…

After a while:

Sr: Chotu….

But no one came there. Adi was engrossed in the game. "kya hua bhaiya?"

Sr: kuch nahi Adi, bas ye file dena tha Aisha ko. Patha nahi Chotu kaha gaye?

Adi: dijiye…mein detha hu.

Sr: are nahi. No problem. You sit back and enjoy the game.

Adi: its ok bhaiya… I'lll give.

He comes forward and takes the file.

Sr: (ruffling his hair) thanks champ.

Adi takes the file and walks to the hall. Many on the way smiles at him, and ruffles his hair. He was getting annoyed by that. At last he reached and pushed open the door.

Adi: Didi… apki file… Sree bhaiya ne diya hai.

Ais: are apko bheja usne?? Thanks Adi…

Adi: you are welcome.

Suddenly a pen falls from Aisha's table. Adi bends to take it and while getting up, knocks his forehead on the table. "Ah…"

Aisha instantly pulls Adi to her. "kya hua?" he looks at the forehead. It was red now and would start to swell soon. Little tear drops filled his eyes. It pained her. She pulls him to her lap. "Chotu thode pani lana. Aur ointment bhi…"

Adi was sobbing owing to the pain. Aisha takes some water and rubs his forehead. Adi starts to wince in pain and sob more. "Sh… kuch nahi…abhi dard chale jayega…main hu na…"

She rubs the hit part and blows gently on it…he was watching her closely..silently…

She put some ointment too to avoid swelling… he was still looking at her with teary eyes. When she finished she looked at the little boy. Chotu, Liza and Sree was there by that time.

Ais: aap teekh tho hai na??

He didn't say anything…

He just came forward and placed his head in between her neck and shoulder…hiding his face… feeling her warmth. She was shocked at the start… and then looked at the team who was watching silently too…Sree gave a slight nod.

She wrapped Adi in her arms…letting him cry for a while and brushing his back and also the hair…

Arjun and Sam were outside the glass door then. They were about to open the door when Asiha was applying the medicine. But when Adi leaned onto Aisha, Arjun stopped his tracks along with Sam. He couldn't move when he saw Adi in her arms…

Sam placed a hand on Arjun's shoulder. "tum kithna bhi use sambhaldo Arjun… he still needs a mom…"
