Well I haven't watched IPKKND but it's the same PH so it makes sense to reuse outfits instead of buying new ones as it cuts costs.

Also the other girl I think Nuzath wore the Shall from teh grahapravesh sequence of the forced marriage...

Even green Shall nuzath wore was worne by payal and Khushi... Payal wore for the Heer ranja sequence and Khushi wore it again for her engagement...

I have seen lots of clothes are reused in lots of serials... Not Just this PH... or this channel almost this is happening in lots of Serials and in almost every channel... There is nothing much to complain about this on the PH or anyone... More over they are good ones and some are expensive ones and they are using them for few shots so finding opportunity reuse them... Nothing wrong in it...
