Episode 247 Discussion: 16th April 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Episode 247 Discussion - EOD summary

Captivity Drama continues - RK requests Madhu to give him a day's time and Madhu in a dilemma to listen to her heart or head

Events of the Episode

Continues with yesteraday's last scene. RK approaches Madhu, leaves all his jokes aside and asks her seriously that he needs one more chance. And when Madhu asks what for, he says, he wants her heart. Madhu tells him that she doesn't have heart anymore as it is crushed by him. RK starts wooing her, by coming close to her and asking her to listen to her increased heart-beat. He pleads her to fight against her herself and give herself an himself one more chance for their love. Asks her to give just one day and promises that by day-end, she will herself decide to stay back. She keeps looking him all lost. And as she snaps out of the gaze pushes him aside and says "Never".RK listens to that never and still tries to cajole her by asking her to take formal clothes for him. She says No. He asks her to make kheer for him. She asks him to stop making demands like a baby. RK calmly explains to her that he makes those demands as he likes upsetting her, fighting with her because he loves her puffed up angry face. Madhu gets up from the bed and leaves to freshen up.
Madhu freshens ups herself, changes to her Anarkali dress, goes downstairs and meets up Radhaji. Together they discuss her lying to Padmini. Madhu says she didn't like it at all and hid the truth only to save her mom from panic. Radhaji takes her to Ganesha and asks her to pray as she herself and Madhu are in dilemma whether to listen to heart or head as both decisions are right and yet something to lose. If Heart, Madhu will get her love, If Head, then her self-respect. After praying to God, Madhu goes to make kheer. She is deeply thinking on what to do and how RK is convincing her to stay back. Dipali comes to disturb her thought-process and start taunting over things that was too boring to pay attention. Even Madhu is bored, so she stomps the ladle into Dipali's hands and leaves.
There at Chawl, Padmini is worriedly talking to Trishna that Madhu might definitely be in trouble. As they are talking, Sultan knocks at the door. He greets them and gives the pretext that he was passing by and so wanted to greet them. Then he takes money out and asks Padmini to accept it as they helped him so much self-lessly. He says money is all white and so they can keep it. He goes on blabbing that he came last night too and found out that Madhu has returned to RK as he answered her phone when he called her. [I wonder, how Sultan can give the pretext of coming to greet them as he was passing by, when he gaves two more excuses of being there in desperate manner..last night coming and now giving money. Anyways...] Padmini panics, turns around and talks aloud with Trishna, Oh! Madhu is with Rakshas RK in a sad way. Sultan hears it, is concerned and leaves them without bidding adieu to the two ladies [Everyone is concerned about Madhu. Poor Padmini and Trishna]
Precap scene is about RK wooing Madhu. He is dancing to Mr.India Hawa Hawai song to pataofy Madhu and that too on the road where bystanders are clicking pictures of him.

OMG the Precap

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 🤣

I almost fell off my chair.

ETA:

The episode was not as interesting as yesterday's one and I was yawning by the end of the last minute, when suddenly the precap shook me and after staring hard, i burst out laughing.

Anyways, watching the episode, I realized three things:

I cannot bear to see Madhu SINGLE in Chawl as Sultan keeps coming to visit her.

I cannot bear to see Madhu MARRIED in RK Mansion as Dipali keeps coming to taunt her.

I just want Madhu and RK together, married or single, but always in each other's company, anywhere else other than Chawl or RK Mansion and provide me FULTOO entertainment.

I am done with the review of the episode.

pretty much tolerable episode after yest. heavy dose of sadism 😛

don next door? how sweet of him to come and say thank you everyday 🤢and offer them "sahi" kaam se kamaye hue paise..🤣 he must be a bollywood buff..how does he know Padmini will not accept the money , even if its from galat kaam? now did she confirm it's from sahi or galat kaam? I remember someone in media thread pointed out that Padmini will blurt out "rakshas" in front of him n here it was 👏 Madhu ka bodyguard is on his way to protect her...ek taraf hawa hawai..ek taraf "aao ji aao ji dil se dil milao ji aa gaya hai dekho bodyguard" 😎

RK ka one and only scene was cool..another challenge for Madhu 😆 even he didn't plan to keep her in captivity forever, he's sure that if she decides to stay back for a day willingly, he will manofy her 😲 gr8 confidence he again said those kidney and dil dialogues..😆 "jo humare beech mein hai, something something" was a good dialogue

Madhu again walking like a zombie and takraoing Radha..I take Shri's words here ke Radha is our spokesperson 👏 she's double minded, like us viewers who are craving for Rishbala, yet don't want Madhu to be back till the time her heart says so and RK is truly deserving...

Dipali bhabhi , the good old kitchen politics days are back 😆 kitni koshish kar rahi hai bhabhi ke sab pehle jaisa ho jaaye...here, Madhu hands over the kheer to food poisoning expert 😎 who cares for the kheer? will RK eat it or Sikky?

OMG what a U turn RK took. Yesterday I was totally disgusted with him and today after the precap hopelessly in love. He is making us bipolar too😃

What an amazing episode. RK asking for one chance and he knows that it will be difficult for her to give. His asking for kheer was just for amusement😆 But then Madhu took it seriously and started making kheer than then the actual jali-hui-kheer came to jalaofy everything

Liked the Madhu-Radhaji convo. I like the fact that Radhaji never hides her true feelings. What she feels is exactly what she says. In a way both Radhaje and Madhu are in the same situation of fight between dimaag and dil. I am sure dil is going to win finally. Looks like the promo is just to make us feel that MB is not coming back and then her finally returning😳

Sultan just makes me realize that he needs a Mom more than a wife the way he keeps getting back to Padminijee. Now tomorrow after rhe amazing dance by RK, Sultan will come as a rang main bhang

I still cannot get over the precap. When RK is so cute he is so hard to resist. I like the factthat he is open about his feelings now. I mean trying to manaofy his wife in front of everyone shows that now he is well and truly in love and is ready to let go of his ego (at least a little bit so far)😃

Man!!!! Yesterday I was DISGUSTED and had literally creeped out, but the precap has left a permanent smile on my face🤣🤣 This profession gives RK so much freedom to do all this nautanki🤣🤣 I loved the precap!!!! RK can do anything to woo Madhu 😳 And chalo atleast show ki audience remembers that RK is a superstar. It was a really well shot scene and the way people were clicking RK's pics was very natural.

Now coming to the episode. I liked how RK *DECENTLY* asked for another chance without applying any physical force. But thank God, Madhu said NO👏 Don't give in Madhu.

RK's JUNGLI BILLI dialogue doesn't sound evil now. Thank God😆

Madhu's shabby anarkalis are back🤢👎🏼

Padhaji and Dips ki non sense bakwaas and kitchen politics doesn't interest me and they are repetitive 🤢

Bhai has no other work than to say NAMASTE and JI JI and then offering money for everything👎🏼 Again he'll poke his nose 👎🏼

Me too! I know I shouldn't be quoting and commenting, this early on the thread, but I just wanted to say, this, THIS is the pure, sweet sweet sweet reward I get for sacrificing all kinds of segments/articles. 😳😳 Precap shock!! And loving it.
