Can anyone explain the 4 dots on kumuds neck?
I've seen that often in shows or movies
Is that like a religious thing or just like a fashion statement?

As of modern day, bindis worn are generally fashion statements. I think it's decoration.If there is any religious purpose to it, like the Bindi then I'm not so sure!

It seems to be culturally specific to Gujarat. I am not entirely sure, but I think it might be to ward off evil eye, but maybe someone else may fill this in better...
