His new haircut definetly makes him look mature.

The short hair looks much better than long hair on Rocky... It suits him a lot more and makes him look more cute and good!!!

I wanted him to cut his hair. Atleast he did it. He looks better. Due his long hair I can't see his face. It totally cover his face
