Largely a minor character, ever since Varun saved his class from suspension, we're now seeing more of him. First, we saw him come out of the girls' locker room, with a cut on one finger- likely to be caused by handling a rose with thorns. Then he's seen wearing a hoodie, standing outside Vinnie's house, when Sanju is there. After he sees them off, he's talking to some unknown person about some problem he's averted. Then he's carrying several red marker pens, like the one used by McGlove. Now, we find him in some kind of stunt bike group- and McGlove, injured, takes off on a (stolen?) bike. Now, it seems, his strange behaviour is due to that illegal late night dirt bike stunt racket. He is not the stalker, although how things pertaining to Sanju's stalker got into his locker is another story. Now we saw that scene from the pre-cap (these coming-ups and pre-caps are misleading).
